Dining in Park City

The culinary world of Park City is exciting, adventurous, and close to you! The Prospector Lodge is conveniently located within walking distance or a short drive of several great eateries. In our minds, vacationing is all about the food, and if you agree, we have listed a few of our favorites below for you to enjoy!

Grub Steak Restaurant – 2200 Sidewinder Drive, Park City (435) 649-8060

From the rustic fireplace to the Western memorabilia, the Grub Steak Restaurant is the stuff of legends! Open for lunch Monday thru Friday, dinner nightly, and even providing live entertainment on the weekends, this is where you go when only meat will satisfy! Featuring game animals as well, their elk sirloin is beyond compare!

Fuego Pizzeria – 2001 Sidewinder Drive, Park City (435) 645-8646

Pizza is a meal that is good any time of the day. Fuego Pizzeria offers wood-fired pizzas, pasta dishes, a huge wine list, and a large selection of draft beers, as well as soft drinks for the under-21 crowd!  We adore their pizza margherita—you really need to try it!

Good Karma – 1782 Prospector Ave., Park City (435) 658-0958

Park City’s only nationally recognized Indian and Persian restaurant is Good Karma. The food is pure and the atmosphere is fusion in this inexpensive and casual establishment that is a great spot for dates, family dinners, or just a quick and healthy snack. Also serving breakfast, their fresh baked challah French toast hits the spot on a cold Utah morning!

Blind Dog – 1251 Kearns Blvd at the Yard, Park City (435) 655-0800

Every good neighborhood has that classic restaurant that is a hangout for families, and Blind Dog is ours! Named for owners Penny and Derrick’s treasured blind black lab, Rigger, East Coast meets West Coast and incorporates their passion of all things ocean and everything canine. Try the crab cakes and macaroni and cheese—you won’t be disappointed!

Adolph’s – 1500 Kearns Blvd, Park City (435) 649-7177

The best places to dine when on vacation are the ones the locals choose, and Adolph’s Restaurant is one such place. Offering true alpine dining cuisine, their Swiss cheese or beef fondue, raclette, and rack of lamb are some of the best in Utah (we can’t get enough of their Swiss cheese fondue!).
